This is the heavy metal version of Zen—a focused, aggressive presence where the mind finally stops its endless, neurotic chatter. You aren’t “thinking” about the rock garden; you are the rock garden. That flow state is the only place where the weight of life feels light. You come off the mountain a different person than the one who started the climb. Sharper. Calmer. Ready for whatever war tomorrow brings.
